DETAILS FOR AWARD OF CONTRACT AND BID STATUS

A. Details for Award of Contract and GeM Bid Status

1. Checking Details with Login

If you want to check the bid status by logging into your GeM account, follow these steps:

Open the official GeM website: https://gem.gov.in
Click on Sign In and enter your User ID & Password.
Once logged in, locate the Bids option on the right side of the dashboard.
Click on List of Bids to view the list of bids you have participated in.
On the left side, you will see a filter panel. Click on the Bid/RA Status checkbox.
This will display all the tenders you have participated in.
Under each bid, you will find a View Bid Result button. Click on it to see the complete bid result.

2. Checking Details without Login

If you want to check the bid status without logging in, follow these steps:

Open the official GeM website: https://gem.gov.in
Click on the Bids option on the right side.
Select List of Bids to view all the ongoing bids.
You will see a filter panel on the left side. Click on the Bid/RA Status option.
This will display all tenders for which the due date has passed.
Under each tender, you will find a View Bid Result button. Click on it to check the bid result.
If you want to check a specific bid result, enter the GeM Bid Number or Tender Title in the search box at the top and click search.

B. Details for Award of Contract in case of any non-GeM Bid Status

Open the link of bidding platform e.g. https://rec.ewizard.in
Click on the Opened and Awarded Tenders option on the top.
You will see a filter panel on the centre. Enter Tender Number or other details Item Id/Description and enter captcha
Click on the Search option.
If you want to check a specific bid result, Click on the Advance Search option and enter mandatory details in the search box and click on search.
